Cancellations
We would request that clients wishing to cancel a course organised by Mendip Vets, must bear the following in mind:
- Cancellations of more than 57 calendar days in advance of the course date would be fully refunded.
- Cancellations of between 56 and 29 calendar days in advance of the course date would incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the course training fee.
- Cancellations of 28 or less calendar days in advance of the course date would incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course training fee.
Coronavirus
If a course is cancelled with short notice or otherwise, due to Coronavirus concerns emanating from either the delegate or the tutor or the staff at the course venue, then 100% of the training fees will remain with Mendip Vets and be rolled into the next course, whenever that might be.
Alterations
Provided there are future course dates advertised, delegates who wish to alter their course date or swap courses, can do so without incurring cancellation fees. In any other case, alterations are subject to our cancellation policy.
